Most definitely the 60s. And the place would be London for sure! That was the place and the time where the life was...the music, the clubs,the fashion, the bands, the drugs....yes, I would love to smoke a joint now and then without knowing that it might affect your health....., and all the great things we only read about today.

And as many others said: I DON'T WANT TO BE A FUCKING TEEN! 
Hell, I left that age years ago and I was happy to be legal, get drinks, drive a car etc...
I would love to be in my early twenties. That is the best time in your life....you got little money but a bucket full of dreams. And no fear to do everything you want to do....

There is a second place I would love to go...I would really love to be a part in the German Students' protests in 1968...
